Overview
Aethir (ATH) is a decentralized cloud computing infrastructure project designed to meet the growing computational demands driven by the expansion of the AI and gaming markets. The Aethir network operates around three core components: Containers, Checkers, and Indexers. Containers function as virtual endpoints where cloud computing tasks are executed. Checkers are responsible for periodically verifying the performance and role of Containers, while Indexers act as intermediaries between Containers and Aethir users. ATH, the project’s native digital asset, is used for utility purposes, staking, and participation in governance.
