Overview
Hyperlane is a cross-chain communication protocol designed to enable interoperability between different blockchains, allowing message passing and asset transfers across chains without requiring prior approval from centralized intermediaries. Hyperlane can be deployed permissionlessly across various blockchain environments, including Layer 1s, rollups, and appchains, enabling developers to build interchain applications (dApps) that are accessible from any blockchain. HYPER is Hyperlane’s utility token and is used for staking purposes.
