Overview
ZKsync (ZK) is an Ethereum Layer 2 scalability solution that uses Zero-Knowledge Rollups (ZK-Rollups) to address scaling challenges and support fast, efficient transactions. ZKsync offers low fees and high throughput while preserving Ethereum’s security and improving scalability. The ZK token is used for staking, governance participation, and paying transaction fees. ZKsync aims to solve Ethereum’s scalability limitations and improve the efficiency of decentralized applications (dApps).
