Overview
Initia is a Cosmos-based Layer 1 blockchain project aimed at building a multichain ecosystem by addressing the isolation and lack of interoperability among appchains. The project supports the Initia mainnet as well as a framework that enables the development of Layer 2 networks built on top of the Initia mainnet. INIT is the native utility token of the Initia mainnet and is used for transaction fees, staking, and governance.
